I have the greatest respect for you, and your teaching modules have been a huge benefit. I have been a mortgage adviser for many years, but have only recently become self employed in the business. I thought I knew it all, but your insight to the business beyond the technical to psychology of 'selling' financial services to the client coupled with developing expertise to build a growing business has grown me as an individual and made me more confident and competant as a financial adviser.

The Practice Builder course with the 6 modules have provided me with 'hard copy' that I can keep and review/revise for ever. The delivery of each module never fails to be instructive and informative and is delivered in a most entertaining way. I always try to put into practice what I have learned and I feel I am a far better mortgage adviser now than I was a year ago.

I have found the Practicebuilder Programme of great help in focusing my business on building the right long term client relationships. I have built in systems and simple methods for maximizing the impact of work I have always been doing for my clients. I have always felt a little uncomfortable about asking for referrals in the past. However, after attending the programme, I am much more comfortable in building in referrals as part of my sales process right at the outset. To summarize my own career, I have been in the financial services industry now for 12 years and most recently self-employed here at Thinc for 2 1/2 years.

My decision to leave Charcol (my former employer of 5 years) was not one I took lightly as I had extreme success there and left in 2004 as their no 1 adviser. I had however become a victim of my own success with plenty of high net worth clients and felt that the way forward was to be self-employed and build longer relationships, rather than the transactional environment that Charcol was.

As an experienced adviser/manager within the insurance industry I have seen a lot of guru’s and hype stars try to change people’s thoughts and actions. When offered the chance to work with Anthony Morris I had the same trepidation: - here we go again!

But, was I surprised by what I found? Yes indeed. Here was a person that understands both the industry and the psychology of sales. Furthermore he was able to disseminate this information to groups of people in such a way that the transference of skills and ideas was immense. The proof has been in the way the guys have used the ideas to benefit their business.
