Adviser Guarantee
1. Attending advisors are guaranteed a refund of 100% of the program fee (excluding any taxes and an administration and coaching kit levy of 20% of the applicable fee) if their earnings do not increase by at least 400% of the gross fee paid for the PracticeBuilder program
2. To qualify for a refund, an adviser must:
(a) Have attended all 6 training modules punctually without exception from beginning to end; (b) Have completed post-module report-backs on all 6 modules within the 5 business day deadline of each module, as stipulated in the course materials, and have submitted electronically, reasonable evidence of implementation of 5 key principles from the previous module at least 5 business days before attendance at the next module; (c) Obtain a signed statement from the adviser’s direct or area business development manager stating that the manager is satisfied that the refund claim is valid and justified, given the effort displayed by the adviser since the date of the presentation of the first module in applying the course principles, skills and tools. (The manager shall also be required to provide a one-page supporting document as an addendum to the referral claim in a format prescribed by The Anthony Morris Group (Pty) Ltd.
In order to qualify for the guarantee, an adviser must still have a valid adviser’s agreement in effect with the sponsoring client offering the program at a point 2 months following presentation of the final module, and must be paid up in respect of all course fees.
