FEE DONATIONS

In the event of clients booking a 1-year success coaching programme as a result of being exposed to Anthony Morris at their company conference presentation, the entire conference fee will be donated to a charity/social responsibility project of that client’s choosing.

We prefer the arrangements behind this gift to be kept low-key and ask that no publicity be created around the gesture. We will negotiate the mechanics of payment with the qualifying client.

SECOND SESSIONS AT SINGLE CONFERENCE

In instances where a second session is booked with the same motivational speaker, normal billable rates vary between 50% and 100% of the first session fee. When you book Anthony for a second session at the same conference, we will donate the second fee – billed at a rate of 50% of the first fee – to a charity/social responsibility project of your choosing. If you wish us to make this payment in your name, we will bill you accordingly and inform you once the gesture has been processed. If you prefer to deduct this payment and initiate payment yourself, kindly inform our office so that the appropriate invoicing may be structured to accommodate you.

ASSOCIATIONS

Donations, membership dues and sponsorships are the lifeblood of industry associations. In keeping with your association’s spirit of collective industry improvement and monitoring/upgrading of professional standards, we will endeavour to align our professional fee for speaking at association events as closely to the actual travel & accommodation cost as possible. No fee will be payable over & above the cost of tying the travel and accommodation portion of your event into our other scheduled travel at the time of the event. In cases where we will be in the area for other clients, we will split the cost of travel with them.

CHARITIES

If you have a charitable event that you are arranging, please feel free to check Anthony’s availability to donate a motivational presentation as a means of increasing attendance or levying an attendance fee. Alternatively, consider arranging for a complimentary 1-hour corporate keynote session to be auctioned or given away in a lucky draw as an additional means of fundraising.

CORPORATE BREAKFASTS

If your company is arranging a breakfast meeting for clients, consider inviting Anthony as guest speaker. 50% of his fee may be donated to your charity/social responsibility project of choice. If you wish us to make this payment in your name, we will bill you accordingly and inform you once the gesture has been processed. If you prefer to deduct this payment and initiate payment yourself, kindly inform our office so that the appropriate invoicing may be structured to accommodate you.

DELEGATES IN DISTRESS

In the event of a training/coaching program being arranged in your company that involves delegates paying for their own attendance, you may donate up to 10% of the registered slots to delegates who are in real need of the course but are suffering genuine current financial hardship. We leave the selection criteria up to you and rely on your own integrity not to use this generous offer as a means of discounting the cost of the program across the board. For obvious political reasons, it is usually best that this arrangement be made in confidence with the delegates concerned.

SPOUSE ON THE HOUSE

If we are in your city overnight on a program, you may consider inviting spouses of attending delegates to accompany your delegates to an evening session. Using maximum punch, appropriate humour and positive passion, Anthony will give them insight into the challenges/opportunities that their partner faces in their daily work. There is no charge for this session, as we regard it as a privilege to assist in fostering mutual awareness and respect amongst family members.
