In a Customer Service Call Centre, he developed a 6 part sales model that has ensured they are 200% ahead of their annual sales budget and 98% of their 220 staff members are exceeding their targets every single month. He shared one business growth concept with a client to help them grow from $5 million to $9 million in 12 months, then to grow to $16 million in the following year without employing extra staff. He also showed one Financial Planner how to add an additional $500,000 to their bottom line over a 12 month period.

ABOUT STEF DU PLESSIS

Stef du Plessis holds a Masters degree in Leadership and has the field credentials of Lieutenant Colonel/Commanding Officer Parachute Battalion to back up his academic laurels.

During his 15 years in the financial services industry he qualified for MDRT membership every year, also qualifying for Court of the Table. He added sales manager and regional chair of the LUA of South Africa to round out his life industry corporate service. Returning to full time sales, he then built a successful brokerage which continues to serve a loyal client base to this day.

Following an initial involvement as concurrent presenter at MDRT in 1999, Stef was invited back as a Main Platform speaker to the 2004 meeting held in Anaheim, California.

Stef has been acclaimed as "one of South Africa's most influential motivators" by the Council on Education in Management and is hailed as "one of the world's leading practitioners when it comes to teams and team leadership" by the Dubai based Institute for International Research.

He is the founding president of the National Speakers Association of South Africa, has been a frequent guest on radio and TV and teams up with Anthony on large-scale coaching projects across the globe.

Robyn Pearce is an international time management and productivity specialist, with a major part of her work in the financial services sector.
